For Escorted Tours & Adriatic Cruises, a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person, per vacation is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. If final payment is not received by the specified date, Kollander World Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, Kollander World Travel reserves the right to re-invoice with correct pricing.

Date changes without penalty are permitted up to 31 days prior to the trip.
“Departure day” is considered the date services begin.
Cancellation charges apply to extra nights prior to and after the tour. Optional tours cannot be refunded after purchase.
If the supplier cancels a tour, Kollander World Travel will re-book passengers on the same tour with a different departure date or a similar tour, subject to availability. If that option is unacceptable, Kollander World Travel will refund all monies paid. There is no additional liability. Kollander World Travel and its suppliers cannot assume responsibility for additional costs or fees related to air tickets or other travel arrangements not booked through Kollander World Travel.
Minimum age for children on Escorted Tours is 8.
Kollander World Travel strongly recommends insurance to cover cancellation charges, trip interruption, and accident and baggage loss. Kollander World Travel accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of baggage or personal property.
To ensure congenial membership, Kollander World Travel and its suppliers reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to expel any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the tour group.
All tour programs are conducted in English only.
Tour participants must comply with all regional, national, and local health directives and requirements. It is solely the responsibility of the participant—not Kollander World Travel—to prepare for and comply with such requirements.
Kollander World Travel and its suppliers may quarantine or remove ill passengers if there is a risk to the health or safety of others and accept no liability for such actions.
Tour members should check with consulates and/or local health boards for the latest health requirements.
Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to Kollander World Travel at the time of booking. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate special needs; however, Kollander World Travel and its suppliers are not responsible for denial of services by third-party providers or for additional expenses incurred.
Motor coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. Individual assistance cannot be provided. Travelers requiring assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion. Motorized scooters are unsuitable for touring.
No refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have commenced.
Any inquiries regarding tour services must be submitted in writing to Kollander World Travel within 30 days of tour completion.
A valid passport is required and must be valid for six months beyond the return date. Kollander World Travel can assist with passport applications.
All travelers are responsible for obtaining required visas.
Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Prices are based on rates and exchange values at time of printing and are subject to change prior to departure.
Hotels listed will be used on most departures. Substitute hotels will be of similar standard if required. Check-in is generally after 3:00 p.m.; early check-in requires a pre-night booking.
Meals are as specified in each itinerary. Beverages are not included unless stated. Dietary requests must be submitted at booking and are subject to availability.
Transfers are provided as indicated. Arrival transfers are guaranteed for up to one hour from scheduled arrival time. Delays beyond this period are the traveler’s responsibility, and transfer costs are non-refundable.
During holidays, certain services may be limited or unavailable. Alternatives will be offered when possible.
Passports, visas, gratuities, optional excursions, laundry, beverages, and personal expenses.

Participation in tours involves inherent risks. Kollander World Travel and its suppliers are not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including natural events, political unrest, or medical emergencies.
Kollander World Travel and/or its agents act solely as agents for passengers and are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers. Changes to itineraries may be made when deemed necessary for safety or comfort.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of program completion.
