Upon arrival in Belgrade, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or to begin exploring Serbia’s vibrant capital.
In the morning, enjoy a private tour to see the quarter known as Dedinje, learn about Serbia’s two royal dynasties at the Royal White Palace, pedestrian street Knez Mihailova, The National Theatre, Serbian Patriarchy building, The Cathedral Church, including a visit to the Kalemegdan fortress with its ramparts and a superb view over the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers. Today, we travel to Bosnia’s capital, Sarajevo, the rest of the day is free to explore and admire the blend of architectural styles (B)
Today learn about Sarajevo’s unique history and empires on a private tour. See all the city highlights; Stroll through the scenic Ottoman-era Bascarsija Square & the Husref Bay’s mosque. Admire the Austro-Hungarian architecture that splashes the city. See & learn more about the famous Latin Bridge and the beginning of World War I and visit to the War Tunnel Museum – tunnel of Hope. A scenic road will bring you to the Adriatic coast, with a stop for a private walking tourof Mostar, see the city highlights, such as the famous “Old Bridge” built by the Ottoman Empire in the 15th century, pass by the old bazaar, and visit the Mosque and typical Turkish house. Continue to the pearl of the Adriatic. (B)
This morning enjoy a private two-hour walking tour around the Old Town. Views of Onofrio’s Fountain, Orlando’s Column, the Church of St. Blaise, the Rector’s Palace, the Dominican and Franciscan monasteries, and many more sights are all part of the tour. On your own for a walk on the ancient walls. (B)
After breakfast, you are transferred to Dubrovnik airport for your flight home. (B)
