Day 1: Arrive in Belgrade
Upon arrival in Belgrade, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or begin exploring Serbia’s vibrant capital.
Day 2: In Belgrade
In the morning, enjoy a private tour of the city. Visit the historic quarter known as Dedinje and learn about Serbia’s two royal dynasties at the Royal White Palace. Walk along the pedestrian street Knez Mihailova and see the National Theatre, Serbian Patriarchy Building, and the Cathedral Church. The tour also includes a visit to Kalemegdan Fortress, where you can admire its impressive ramparts and enjoy a stunning view over the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers.
Day 3: Belgrade to Sarajevo
Travel to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Upon arrival, the rest of the day is free to explore and admire the city’s blend of Ottoman, Austro-Hungarian, and modern architecture.
Day 4: In Sarajevo
Learn about Sarajevo’s unique history and cultural influences on a private tour. Walk through Baščaršija Square, Sarajevo’s Ottoman-era marketplace, and visit Husref Bay’s Mosque. Admire the Austro-Hungarian buildings that define parts of the city and stop at the famous Latin Bridge, where the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand marked the beginning of World War I. End the tour with a visit to the War Tunnel Museum, also known as the “Tunnel of Hope,”.
Day 5: Sarajevo to Mostar to Dubrovnik
Take a scenic drive to the Adriatic coast with a stop in Mostar for a private walking tour. Stroll through the Old Bazaar and see the famous Old Bridge, built by the Ottoman Empire in the 15th century. Visit the Mosque and a typical Turkish house before continuing the journey to Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful cities on the Adriatic.
Day 6: In Dubrovnik
In the morning, take a private two-hour walking tour through the Old Town. Visit Onofrio’s Fountain, Orlando’s Column, the Church of St. Blaise, the Rector’s Palace, the Dominican and Franciscan Monasteries, and other historical sites. The rest of the day is free for independent exploration. You may choose to take a walk along the ancient city walls or ride the cable car for panoramic views over Dubrovnik.
Day 7: Depart from Dubrovnik
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Dubrovnik Airport for your departure flight.
