The city center is made up of the ancient Diocletian’s palace from the 4th century and a UNESCO site. Upon your arrival at Split airport, you are met and transferred to your hotel. Your time is free to explore Split on your own.
Explore the vibrant Mediterranean town of Split with an exciting hop-on, hop-off bus tour. It starts from the Promenade and includes a panoramic drive along the sandy beach Bacvice, sports facilities built for the Mediterranean Games and museums.. The drive continues along the slopes of hill Marjan and finishes in the city center (Promenade). (B)
Enjoy a full day at leisure, perhaps a hike to the Mrjan hills or join an optional excursion to the Krka waterfalls or Hvar Island. (B)
Today, a catamaran takes you from the port in Split to Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Mediterranean Sea. it is usually regarded as the most picturesque city on the Dalmatian coast and is referred to as the “Pearl of the Adriatic.” Upon arrival at Port Gruz in Dubrovnik, a private transfer takes you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free (B)
Note: From November to May, the catamaran does not operate, and the journey is assured by a private vehicle.
We begin our discovery of Dubrovnik with a private two-hour walking tour of Old Town Dubrovnik. See the Rector’s Palace, the Bell Tower Clock, Orlando’s Column, and the Sponza Palace, as is the Dominican- and Franciscan Monasteries. After the tour free time, perhaps take a walk on the ancient walls, or take the cable car for astonishing views over Dubrovnik. Return to the hotel on your own. (B)
Your independent journey ends today with a private transfer to the Dubrovnik airport. Alternatively, you can continue your vacation by joining one of our escorted tours, or one of our Adriatic cruises. (B)
